Instructions for Completing KYC/AML in BFinance via Sumsub:
Open the BFinance App:
Launch the BFinance application on your device.
Locate and click the "Go through verification" button.
Upload Your ID Document:
You will be prompted to upload an image of your ID card or passport. Ensure the document is clear and all details are readable.
Complete the Biometric Verification:
Follow the instructions for biometric verification. This may involve taking a photo of yourself or participating in a video interview, depending on the platform’s requirements.
Wait for Document Review:
After completing all steps, wait for the system to review your documents. This process typically takes between 1 to 5 minutes.
In Case of Document Rejection:
If your document is rejected, try repeating the above steps.
If the issue persists, contact customer support. The compliance team will manually review your documents.
